During operation of the line, material, machine and process parameters are stored with a high resolution in a controller-integrated database. For permanent condition monitoring, relationships between these values are detected using AI-based algorithms that are causal to the trend of deviations from standard values. The results are used to predict deviations and to actively readjust operating parameters. A borderline approach to tolerance limits or their exceedance can be counteracted by effective methods before the manufacturing process comes to a standstill.
